Marks and Spencer Fuller Longer Pulled Ham and Mustard Sauce

Number #2
Brand: Marks & Spencer
Name: FullerLonger Pulled Ham and Mustard Sauce
Preparation Method: Microwave
Preparation Time: 3minutes
Price: £3.99
I have to say, that this has been one of my favourite meals I've had in a long while. I was initially cautious as have never been really into ham and I was worried it would be quite chewy - but no it was gorgeous - and considering it was microwaved it was moist to the point of melting in the mouth. The mustard sauce was delicious but did not completely over power the ham which had quite a good homecooked flavour.
The mashed potato was amazing, didn't taste processed and infact had quite a creamy taste about it considering that the whole meal came in at 300 calories. The carrots were nice and firm but well cooked and although I am not
the biggest fan of runner beans - I managed to clear my plate of greens.
This does fall down a bit on fillingness as although I only ate it an hour ago I am already rather peckish - although that could be a red herring as I had a good gym session this morning. Portion size was good and so easy with a preparation time of three minutes and then the M&S easy peel film lids.

M&S Fullerlonger Chargrilled Chicken in a Fragrant Curry sauce

As this is my first review I thought I had better introduce myself. My name is Abby and I am a single thirty-something that works full time as a Nurse. One other thing that is important to mention is that I despise cooking. I find it time consuming, messy and generally I'm not that good at it. I have become somewhat known as an individual meal connoisseur so I thought I would use this fact to help others by reviewing what I eat!

I really enjoy this range - they are three for two at the moment which helps as they can be pricey! Also I'm a bit of a gym bunny so need something that fills me up and these are really good. This one kept me feeling full for at least a couple of hours.
The texture of the chicken was excellent and didn't have that processed texture that you tend to get. The cauliflower was okay but a little crunchy - but the sweet potato and roast potatoes had cooked well and you could really taste the individual flavours. The sauce is a lovely thickness without being overly creamy. I have to confess I didn't eat the herbs as they were far to fragrant for my palate
